LEVEL 1 INFLUENCE: Create an advocacy powerhouse: We can bring millions of kids, who are communicating and influencing adults in their families and in government - letting their voices be heard and shaping policy. Most of the issues that impact education and health in a positive way can be supported by the majority of the population. We just need to educate the families and bring their voices to the decision makers. Of course the adult voices will be heard, but what we have learned is our kids voices are also very much heard and respected due to how we're communicating and the message that is being communicated. When a lawmaker knows this is a kid that is learning how to be civically involved, and they are connected to about 4 adults - the lawmakers take this small voice very seriously.
LEVEL 2 FUNDS: Create a fund-raising powerhouse: Our goal is to have 30k kids participating in the Heroic Learn-A-Thon and rounding up people that will sponsor each hour of their life-skills learning in the game. On average if a student gets 10 people to sponsor him for $1 for every hour of the year they spend in the game learning the critical life-skills of success, they would be getting $1300/yr, assuming they're spending 30 mins per day for 5 days of the week in the game. That would total $39 million/yr in funds that will go to the child's school and selected non-profits.
The Heroic entity will raise funds from businesses and high net worth people who want to sponsor these kids. If they sponsor each child for $1/year, that would be $30k per business or person. If we have another 1000 businesses and 1000 people, that is another $60 million/yr.




LEVEL 3 WEALTH: Create a wealth creating powerhouse: As each child learns about the benefits of ownership, they have more hope, motivation and confidence. As an owner of the Heroic company in their state, they start to become more comfortable with the new way of creating wealth - through the tokenization of real world assets. As the kids learn to earn real tokens in a real company, they become creators of wealth and very engaged in other ways to accumulate wealth - investing in other companies, influencing how those companies function, becoming a skilled participant in the new digital economy.

Our Revenue Model & Goal
Revenue is generated through established and emerging billing pathways for chronic disease education, as well as mental health screening and intervention. Heroic Learning aims to transition the delivery of these services to a simplified value-based care bundle that undercuts traditional costs by 70–90% while delivering superior outcomes. The model complements—not replaces—physicians and clinical teams.
At $50 per child per month for high-need populations, the initiative targets a 25–50% reduction in lifetime chronic disease costs—preventing hospitalizations and secondary complications—delivering $127,000–$254,000 saved per T1D patient and an ROI between 105:1 to 211:1. Applied nationally, the model is projected to significantly reduce U.S. healthcare spending.
Our goal is to have 1 million students will a billable chronic condition at $50/month for a 2+ year period. This will result in a $600 million topline revenue number.
The Funding Model
We will receive a $1 million donation/investment for each of the 50 states that will be exchanged for Heroyk tokens in the tokenized state company,
Each of the state entities will be owned 50-90% by the students we are teaching - they earn while they learn,
All stakeholders will benefit from the revenue that is generated by the state to fund the education of the kids.
This becomes not only the most innovative way to provide ownership to the kids we teach, but it also is the most effective way to manage and grow the state company that is making an impact on these kids.
Once we have the attention and engagement of the child, we can teach them anything and turn them into influencers of those people around them.
"HOPE" Drives This Project
HOPE - this drives the project - the kids, parents, grandparents, businesses, lenders, nonprofits and government need to believe that what they are putting their resources towards will produce an ROI on that investment. The population needs hope in order to put in the resources that will be required up front and have the patience to wait to see the results. Hope is a key ingredient for the project's success.
